Oasis not working, “heater fault?”

Hello guys,

I’m sure there’s a thread on this issue somewhere, but if you guys have any first steps I should check, I’d appreciate it. Last time I was out (2018 KA), oasis would not start. “Heater fault” was the reading on the Silverleaf. Not sure if related, but floor heat also not working.

Any words of advice would be welcome.

Thanks,
Fred

We had the same issue with our Oasis two weeks after our warranty ran out. We needed a new fuel nozzle.

I don’t think the floor heat would be related to the Oasis because the floors are electric. I’m not sure though. I think I remember something about tripped GFIs in the half bath being a cause of floor heat issues. We don’t have heated floors though

I had the “Heater Module Fault” light last week. Had to replace the igniter on the Oasis. Luckily had a spare and ITR talked me through the replace process. All good now!

Oasis phone support is very good.

Here is the Oasis troubleshooting manual if you wish to look at it yourself.

We are also having problems but our says zone heat fault or zone fault. Or we are having it shed an element. We are hooked up to 50amp and little or nothing else running. In either case I can look at the Silverleaf screen a little later and all is working as it should. Certainly has me scratching my head on that. I typically just run the furnace as it seems quieter in out coach.

I’m headed to Sacramento Truck tomorrow to let them figure it out. I’ll let you know what they find
