The zone 1 pump is the one at lower right in the photo. Zone 2 is above it and the other is hot water.

FWIW, the switch on top of the zone controller turns all three pumps on.
How complicated is it to change one of these pumps out?..I understand all 3 pumps are identical,,,Chuck

Oasis pump change

The pumps are not difficult if you have some mechanical aptitude. They are located in the distribution box. ITR will email you directions on how to change the pumps. If you buy a pump, get it from ITR and not Newmar. It is considerably less from ITR. All three are the same basic pump.
Newmar changed the summer loop pump for me while I was at Nappanee and three days later when I was home in Oklahoma, I got to change the recirculating pump. I'm still having problems that ITR and Newmar are working on.
Dutch Star Don has some of the best info concerning Oasis system.
Good luck and be safe

Just got done replacing the pump for heat loop 2 which went out on our last trip. ITR was helpful in removing the old pump (the hose was a bit challenging to remove from the old pump).

Our coach is a 2015 Dutchstar 4018.

Make sure its not an issue with the takeup stem in the holding take. My water heater was not heating. While traveling i called newmar who hooked me into oasis. We went through diagnostics to determine a pump was failed due to the noises it made. When i took it in the repair site figured out it was lack of fluid getting to the pump since the straw in the resorvoir had fallen off
