Oasis Zone Fault

I was exercising (starting engine, running generator, running ac/heat) a friends coach today and found that they had no heat. It is a 2017 LADP with the Silverleaf system. Same model that I have, so I am familiar with the system operation. It was 64 degrees outside today and I turned on the heat pumps for 68 degrees, NO JOY. When I toggled down into the Oasis system there was a "Zone Fault" message. If I turned off the heat and turned on air conditioning, things were fine. Tomorrow I will check the zone board module for a blown fuse and put the bypass switch in bypass and see what happens. Anybody with experience with this particular issue that can lead me in a correct path, please chime in.

I solved the issue this morning and the solution is probably only applicable to those with Silverleaf. The climate settings in Silverleaf under Features page was set to Oasis being primary instead of automatic. I reset the Oasis for automatic and turned on the two electrical elements, then the heat pumps started working providing heat. Now when the OAT drops below 40 degrees, the Oasis will take over and the heat pumps will be locked out.
