Keep us posted on your adventures. We go next summer for a cross country then to Alaska and down the west coast 10 month trip. DW retires and were hittin the road. Wonder if you did anything in anticipation of Alaska that you could share with us. One fellow said he built a cage to protect his side mount radiator in his DSDP. Have you done anything special to get ready?

I'm also interested in the radiator question. I wonder what the risks have been without such a cage. We plan to go next year for the summer and then down the west coast in the Fall.
