The engine is off, key selected to Accessory,
Green Travel LED is illuminated,
Press the HYD button....nothing happens, no Red lite or air dump,
Press Dump and nothing happens.
Press and hold OFF for a few seconds and then press Store
and the Red lite above Store flashes and the HYD lite also comes on and the Travel lite goes out. Store just keeps flashing, nothing else happens. Still cannot do Manual Level.
Press Stop and all red lites go out and Travel lite comes back on.
Never get the warning buzzer either.
Should have kept the Bounder.....
Any suggestions?

I had to replace control pad, it had gotten wet from driver window being open. called hwh and they sent replacement, I don't remember cost, but no problems since. about 5 years ago.

Had a similar problem in my 09 DS just 4 months after purchase and 12 hours before a major trip.

Turn out it had nothing to do with HWH. The selenoid in the Master dump valve was frozen. When pressing auto level the air would not dump. If the air doesn't dump then the next step in leveling - deployment of jacks - do not occur.

There are lighing codes on the HWH control box. You would have to due a Google search to find the trouble shooting manual. The color of the lights may give you some indications were in the system the trouble is located.

The dealer spent about 6 hours evaluating the HWH system. Of coarse the last step in trouble shooting was the valve.

Valve takes about 20 minutes to install.

Good luck
