Onan 12500 Genset Not Starting

When pressing start buttons on both the dash and the generator, the starter does not engage, no clicking. Both of these buttons' "Stop" lights flash 3 times, then pause, then repeat 3 flashes.

I have tried to pressing the "Stop" button (3 times, then 1 time) to get fault code, but to no avail.

Anybody have any thoughts or direction in troubleshooting?

I disconnected the remote control connection plug which stopped the flashing. I was then able to start the unit using the local switch. I was also able to retrieve the fault code, which was 57 - OVERPRIME. It appears one of my three remote switches is locked in "STOP" position, such that after three minutes is throws the 57 fault code.

Tomorrow I will check each of the switches. Anybody seen this before? Which of the switches are the likely culprit? I'm assuming the dash switch since it is the one I have used the most.

The problem was with the the ePlex Dual Relay Input Module (part nbr 356DRIM) located just inside the dash to the left of the glove box. One of the relays has failed and was staying closed (clearly the STOP button). I was able to obtain a replacement part from Newmar and after a fairly easy install and an ePlex device re-discovery, all is back to normal.
