Hi - It looks like it wasn't used much lately and parked on grass. Or how high did they say the water was? Don't chance it.

The nada book on that rig is 16 to 19, not 29. So it would have to be really nice to justify the difference. Just sayin... Funny how dealers say you can’t go by the book, until you’re trading it in...

Looking at your pictures yes there is rust but all coach's will have rust if not taken care of, there are products on the market that will take care of the problem and help stop any more, some items can be replaced like the hinged channel for wiring on slide.
Yes salt on roads north had to maintain all my 6 coach's for it any coach up north will have rust all coachs will get rust north or south.
Has the seller ever looked under the coach? You may have a good bargaining point to start. The price of 30,000 could be bargain down the outside of coach was well taken care of looking at picture.
The pictures of the compartment lock area look clean with no rust on the iron around the angle iron or lock bar, the sheet metal can be cleaned up and painted.
All GEN's need maintenance whether gas or diesel I had six gas Gen in the coach's I owned never had a major problem.
Did you check the roof should be clean and maybe shine if taken care of correctly.
We have older coach's from the 80 & 90's on road with happy owners this coach drive train will give you many years of service with some work
if your up to it.
There are many threads of forum with the answers to improving this coach.
Good luck in your decision.
