Hello Everyone,
We're new to this site. Our shopping after a year is now complete as we have our new to us 2004 Mountain Aire 3778 sitting in front of the house. What a RIDE! Our shopping became complete on our trip home from the Ozarks this past week when we took kind of a side trip and travelled to the West side of our state (MI). Lucky for us that someone had just traded in this moho for a new one for themselves. The timing was perfect. It was kind of hard saying good-bye to our 94 Bounder with 113K that served us well but what an upgrade to say the least. In talking with a few friends since returning home they told us we couldn't have picked a better brand to buy. I have to agree with them. The quality is top notch in my eyes. So now let the WOW factor begin. Wish the cold weather wasn't so close in coming so that we could enjoy it a little more before putting it up for the winter. Oh well it's just something to look more forward to next Spring. Happy Motoring to ALL!!!!!!

Congratulations on the new rig. Just one question...what is it doing "setting in front of the house"? You need to get the wheels rolling and go have some fun.

I also have a 04 Mountain Aire.... Great coach. I also have the 04 brochures online. So, if you want a copy for reference I can email them to you. Just drop me a email or PM with your email address.

Congrats on your new rig, happy to have you in the group. Mountain Aire is a great coach, the WOW will take some time to wear off, but the enjoyment you get when using your coach won't, what a find.

Thanks to all in welcoming us.
Now a couple of answers to questions.
beaverjim: We live in Trenton about 18 miles South of Detroit. My wife is from Traverse City. I am originally from Wyandotte.
TXiceman: I need you to call my BOSS and discuss this issue with him. I still have a week coming but this year we wanted to save it for the Holidays.
oemtech: Thanks for the offer. We started going thru all the paperwork in the file folder that were in a rear closet and brochures and all kind of reading material.
Spikester: The WOW will take sometime to wear off I'm sure and we sure look forward to enjoying this ride.

Hi Steve & Sally,
Welcome to the Newmar family. Will you be wintering in Florida? If so, look in the NKK Event thread and see if you can attend a Manatee or Sea Turtle rally or two. Birds of a feather always have fun together. Sometimes, like this November, you can attend two rallies and never move your coach.

Latitude: Thanks for the greeting. We'll porbably be looking for all kinds of info from time to time.
GaryKD: Unfortunately we have to remain in MI for the winter. I still am not retired. Would have liked to be retired in two years but with health issues for the wife the insurance at work is a must. We won't let that stop us in the spring and summer though as we plan some traveling then.
Happy Motoring!!!!!

Hi Steve and Sal,
I have a 3778 also. Mine is a little older-- an '02. We love it as I know you will also. You might want to plan to go to the Workhorse rally in '09 in Ohio. Someone else will have to give you the date and location as I can't put my finger on it right now.
We just had the fall rally in Myrtle Beach, SC, a week ago. We had 101 (or so) Workhorse rigs and about 10 rigs similiar to yours. A great time was had by all. Please monitor the Workhorse Chassis forum to keep up on events and items of interest to your specific coach.
A hearty and warm welcome to you both to this great forum----
Best of luck and happy traveling,

Thanks for the reply Max Hubrich. It appears we made a good choice in a Newmar product. Have had alot of compliments of our new rig here and at home as well. Never been to a rally but will try to get more info on them. Sounds like a good place to learn more about your vehicle. Look forward to some next year.
I'll keep my eye on the Workhorse forum as well.
So glad your happy with your rig.
Happy Motoring!!!!
