All,

I am looking to do some upgrading and adding a basement storage entertainment center to my rig. I have only seen one thread on this with a few pictures. If anyone else has done this some input and photos would be greatly appreciated. The one thread I saw added it where the peg board is and that does seem to be the best place.

Thanks in advance,

I installed mine in the 3rd bay back from the front tire, 2 bays in front of the peg board. The peg board bay was too far toward the back of the coach. The bay I installed it in is a full storage bay, so I built a box that is hinged at the top. I have short chains with latches hanging from the underside of the floor so that I can swing the box up and latch it for loading and travel. Painted the box black and have a cover that screws on when traveling to protect the tv. Kind of hard to explain but works great and IMO is a much better location than do far back. I can upload pics if it sounds like something you'd be interested in.

Just added a TV to my "new to me" coach. The picture were taken with my phone so not the best but you can get the idea.

I used a regular wall bracket from Sams and made a frame from lumber painted black. I made a panel out of plywood and covered in auto carpet I found from a trim shop to match.

I use magnetic catches to hold the TV in the closed position. I am able to store items behind the TV and also able to angle the TV for better viewing if needed.

I found a TV that had front aiming speakers and the sound is great even when in the closed position. I ran an HDMI cable from inside that ties in to my DirecTV receiver for HD.

Hi Jimwo,
Pictures of my after market installation are listed below. All I wanted was the largest TV that would fit. No separate speakers, no radio, etc. The TV speakers work just fine. The TV was installed in the bay with the peg board. The TV receives its' signal from the front TV SAT receiver.

Shows the mount. The white in the background is my WII. I use it for exercise.

The TV ready to travel. The foam pieces on the bay door help keep the TV from moving around during travel.

Ok, I see it now. Signatures do not show up on my I-phone so I hadn't seen it. Thanks much, Dean
