Does anyone have experience with a floor plan that has a permanent door rather than a pocket or sliding door between the bath area and the bedroom? Which do you prefer and do you find any problems with the permanent door arrangement. I would be concerned that the bedroom door would get in the way of the door to the toilet room when either or both are open.

Thanks, Don

Don -

We have a maca3743 with the permanent, standard bedroom door. The door closes off the bedroom/sitting area from the bath area. It gets in the way - the light switches are behind it when open. We also use a rubber door stop to hold it open most of the time. We thought about taking it out but that leaves that doorway open all the time. Maybe some of those doorway beads would do.....LOL. Not a perfect door solution though it does offer complete bedroom privacy when needed....
