Finally found the model number after calling Pioneer. DEH-P8500MP. Now can't find a users manual. I have checked some web sites and none are available. By chance does anyone have one.
Thanks in advance
Jan

Try this.
Pioneer USA - DEH-P850MP -

Which doesn't have the manual with it. So next best is to try a model that's close. Maybe this?

Pioneer USA - DEH-P840MP -

And this "kissin cousin" model does have a manual. Most of the functions will be similar and you can improvise where necessary.

I have the model on my 2006 Dutchstar (bought 2 months ago) : AVIC-N2

Have the manuals but how complicated can a Pioneer get

Will need a course.....do not even know if the GPS functions on it - do not mind as I have a Garmin 1470T

Looks like a Pioneer 580MP, not an 8500MP

Agree. I apparently was dyslexic yesterday and after a certain period of time has passed, you can no longer edit or delete a post.
