Has anyone heard of chrome mirror horizonal supports pitting (soon to turn to rust)? We bought our VTDP new last September, and shouldn't be seeing this. I understand Newmar had a problem a few years back that was caused by "bad metal". Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks

I did happen on some vehicles a couple of years ago. Get to your dealer and get them replaced on warranty. The complete assemblies for both are over 2k.

I did send in all the warranty cards. Good idea to contact the mirror manufacture Customer Service. Many thanks for your help.

Thanks Lug Nut, I will talk to my Newmar Dealer first. Thanks for the speedy reply.
