Am looking for contact info for the supplier of the motor mount for my bedroom slide power lock on 2008 KSDP 3624. The name "Thomson" is on the mount. Don't want to wait a month for dealer repair. Looks like easy job. Mount contains gear drive for screw shaft. Mount has a boss that popped off the mount - looks like cast aluminum. Happened as lock was being locked - right at end of cycle.

Also, any ideas on what caused it to break?

I would contact Newmar. Perhaps if they knew you could replace it yourself, and thereby avoid warranty labour costs they may make it appear quickly.

Yeah, that was my experience with Winnebago, and with Newmar so far, if they know you're willing to fix it yourself, it's far cheaper for them and so they're usually more than willing to send you the parts you need rather quickly. Good luck.
