The power switch on my 2000 Dutchstar pusher has started to hum a lot louder than usual. It either doesn't know the words......or something else is going on. Should I be concerned??

You can replace the relay in the switch. I did, not a big job. Bot I had a career in electronics.I took a picture of the switch before removal.

Hi Ramets,
If you are comfortable taking off the transfer switch cover and determining if any maintenance (like cleaning and checking for loose wires) can be done to help the situation, this might help. It is better to replace the part, like ronmc suggested or the entire switch. The bottom line is to get this fixed at your convenience and not wait until a failure occurs.

Now the hum comes and goes. I'm not gonna wait around. I agree...I'll replace it tomorrow.
