I've got a 2004 KSDP 3904 and after consulting it's Freightliner owner's manual I am unable to determine if it is prewired for an electric brake controller. Can anyone give me an answer? As always any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

You should have two wires under the dash that are connected to nothing. The other end of the wires is by the rear of the seven connector plug at the rear of the motorhome. Those wire are taped on the ends. Newmar runs the wires so you can connect a trailer braking system. The big problem is locating the wires under the dash.

Norm, when you refered to the wires that are taped on the end, I assume you meant the taped ends are under the dash. Correct?

Yes, one taped end is under the dash and the other taped end is near the trailer plug in the rear.
