Our dash six-CD player has a problem..We had never loaded more than a single CD at any one time until this Xmas season,I decided to load six...After five CD's were easily loaded,I was unable to load the sixth..Now the CD's will not play or eject....Yikes!
The radio/CD player is a Visteon...The toll free number in the booklet is a European number.
Any suggestions anyone....

If your radio is wired like mine, it always has power. You could maybe "reset" it by cutting power to it via a fuse or battery disconnect.

Other than that, any issues I have had w/CD/DVD players in automobiles I let the dealer take care of. But, that was because of warranty period was not expired.

It is real easy to screw up the reading lasers by opening up the player.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Hi Paulmarg, I would contact Newmar about the
radio and get a case number.
Visteon is a FORD product, there is an independent repair shop for Visteon, the website
is " carradio.com ", perhaps you can call them for some immediate advise

Sorry I forgot to mention, Don't let the dealer
mess with the radio/CD
