Problem With MDI Shade in Rear Bath of '15 DSDP 4369

Just now experienced a malfuction of the MDI Night Shade in the rear bath
of my '15 DSDP 4369. While it has worked perfectly until now, the shade
will not move up or down, when depressing the wall switch. A noise comes
from the switch when depressed, indicating power. What should I look for in effort to, hopefully, get it working again? Thanks! Larry

Do you mean a night shade by MCD Innovations?
If so, I suggest you contact their technical department at techsupport@mcdinnovations.com
and explain your problem.

x2 on contacting MCD. I had a night shade that stopped working also. The tech at MCD walked me through some diagnostic steps over the phone and it was decided the motor was bad. I then had the motor replaced under warranty and it has worked fine since. The techs at MCD are very good!

Thanks, Mel & Stan. MCD Innovations, of course, is what I should have
stated. I've sent an email, giving my phone number, so will await their
response. Again, appreciate your thoughts. Larry

My call to MCD Innovations Technical Support today resulted in a quick
reponse from a young man who was anxious to help with my problem. He
demonstrated knowledge and much patience in instructing me how to
proceed in the diagnosis. After having me repeat the procedure a number
of times, it became obvious that my night shade was not going to return
to life! He called it a "bad motor" and said it would need to be replaced
under warranty. Pretty much what I hoped for and expected from MCD
Innovations...they offer an excellent product and are there for us in the
event of any problem.
