Has anyone had error code "NO" "CO" on their refrigerator, shutting it down. It will not re start.

It Means the refrigerator usually was running when the rig was not
level.there is a reset procedure for it which involves shutting it off and grounding a wire on one of the plugs but I don't remember which one. Do a search for Norcold Refer Reset

Yes I did. Thanks. The place I park the motorhome is not level. So I am sure that is what is wrong. I am going to level it for the winter then try the re-set.

You may want to drive it a bit after reset, with fridge on LP gas, so everything settles in cooling unit. If where you park it is not level with the fridge off should not cause a problem.
Only when you cool it down for trip make sure its level and you should be ok.
