Question Problem with rear slide

Just picked up our '09 Ventana 3933, I went to push out the pass side and it made a lot of noise and tilted in at the top.

I stopped brought it back in the bottom of the drawers pulled away, drawers will not close

I open the drivers side all good.

is one side supposed to open first?

anyway I see where face frame of the drawers pulled away, but need to know the trick to get the draws off the draw sliders and out.

.

Welcome to the forum.
Is this slide opposite your bed slide and is small dresser type?
Here is a Brochure and Owners Guide for you.
You may find your answer in QT's # 3 and all links below in my signature will have links for your Newmar.
This link will have TSB's that may apply to your problem.
Here is a link from #3.
If slide has tilted the slide maybe caught on its pan, slide is similar to the kitchen slide found in the slide systems links found in QT's 1 & 2.
I cant give you a owners guide, trouble with Chrome will trye in morning.
Did the dealer test all your slides with jacks down leveled coach?

I tested the slides yesterday twice?

they pulled it the wash bay after doing the PDI they had them out.

I drove to their rear lot for the nite and it failed it almost looked like the driver side with the bed over hangs the the small shelf of the pass side

I got the drawers out the whole face frame pulled the staples and screws out along the bottom.

You did not say its your bedroom wardrobe slide, here is a thread with coach that has a tag axle which you may not have, but the slide of yours will be same mechanize for operation.
Read it over and check your motor and drive shaft, motors brake their mounting bolts and the drive shaft or torque nuts on shaft can brake because of exposure to the wet roads and salts.
I have completed the links in my first post.
If your slide locks did not release the slide will pop fascia and draws will slide out like your did locks will tilt the slide, bottom of fascia will jam against the rug and pop fascia off metal slide frame.
If you have no experience fixing things, you better take coach back to dealer to fix.
Let us know how you are making out.

ok solved, the awning over the slide was power washed, they must have tripped to roller and it shortened the extension of the roller.

they reset the roller winding, all is good......well sort of I have to fix the broken wood frame & reset the drawers not a big deal.

Glad that you got it resolved. Thankful that you shared your experience with the forum. We all learn that way.

You may want to read up on the TSB's provided by the always helpful 007 (welcome back). It is good PM to tighten (and apply blue locktight)the bolts/screws around the slide motor housing. Lots of threads about this on the forum.

Thanks for the follow up Jim always good to know.
Didn't mention before its always good to have coach plugged in on shore cable or start the GEN if batteries become low, 12 volt motors and controls like a good 12 volt to work off of.
The wood fascia you may find industrial Velcro good to refasten to slide box fascia.
Good luck with new coach and safe travels.

Thanks, it's way beyond velcro, 3 draw tracks ripped out, fascia separated in several places, lot of supporting pieces need to be fabricated and screwed in place again, the dealer offered to fix it.

But I do wood working as a hobby, so I wanted to get out of Marion NC 610 miles back to FL. left there a bit after 1pm today just south of macon for the nite at a Walmart
