Problems with our stove and grinder pump system

A couple of problems with our 2018 DS

When my wife trys to use the electric stove it does not get hot enough to boil water--she uses a small pan and has kept stove on for 30 minutes and does not get hot enough to boil water

Does anybody that has a grinder pump system have trouble emptying tanks - they will not empty out and you need to keep picking hose up and down to help, it acts like it has created a vacuum and it won't drain, any suggestions

Hi - Are you aware that an induction cooktop requires pots and pans that are compatible? The system works by magnetic waves and the pan has to be able to respond. Put a magnet to the bottom of the pan. If it stays you are good to go, if not you need another pan.

As an FYI, Costco has a Circulon 13 piece cookware set on sale. Great deal on one of the top rated cookware for induction cooktops. The piece count is not padded with fluff like spatulas, it’s all cookware.

Here is a fantastic set of pots and pans that many of use for the induction cooktop. The link below is just an example. The Magna brand has several combinations of pots and pans you can buy. They're VERY heavy duty and GREAT quality.

For the Induction Cooktop you can try a cast iron skillet to see if it is your cookware. Borrow one if you don't have one. The magnet works but it has to connect to the pot very strongly.
For your macarator it sounds like you are siphoning the tank out. The propeller could be clogged with lint or they have rubber gears that might be worn out. the rebuild kits are about 35 bucks online. Dirty job but not very complicated to repair.
