Ordered a Prompt W/S Sunscreen for my new Canyon Star. Have looked at these for some time, read many good reports, and liked the fact it was a fastener free system - no holes to drill in coach. Received the screen last week, immediately mounted it and was very disappointed with the fit.

Contacted Bill Rex at Prompt by e-mail and explained my problem. Rec'd. reply that he checked my order and found they had not bent the alum. bars to fit my windshield contour and would send new bars. Received them yesterday, mounted with the new bars and it fits like a glove.

Kudos to Bill and his company for a good product and for resolving an error in a timely manner.

We have had the Prompt Sunscreens for 5-1/2 years and they still look like new. I contacted them a few months ago and had them send me 10 new suction cups. Their suction cups a bit hard to find and I felt it was time to renew them. We have never had a screen blow off.

We have "everything" Prompt and we have been very pleased with the performance of the product. I even have the wheel covers.

Bill will be at the Tampa SuperShow again this year I expect and you should also be able to find him at the FMCA SEA Rally in Brooksville, FL.

Tornado proven - the covers never moved an inch. Remarkable given the setup is held on with suction cups rather than snaps. Look ma! No holes.

This is my second coach with a Prompt sunscreen. I had a problem with the suction cups holding on this coach. I talked with Bill and he came to where I was in FL at the time and resolved my problem with no extra charge to me.

The customer service they offer is unfortunately not seen often enough any more. I always highly recommend their product and their service.
