The show is courtesy of fellow forum members who have been passing through the factory and snapping pictures of the coach.

Would sure be neat if they had web cams on the factory floor to watch it all come together.

The picture of your New Aire is impressive without paint. Cannot wait to see the finish product!

I'm sure Tiffin and others would enjoy that too.

Never thought of that. I am sure every person who takes a factory tour has been carefully vetted to make sure they are not from the competition.

I doubt there is much that can be kept secret in the assembly of these coaches.

A few years ago I bought a new CubCrafters Carbon Cub aircraft. They have web cameras in their assembly facility. I got to watch my airplane come together in real time. Pretty neat. No mystery about the delivery dates. See this link to CubCrafter's live production cameras.

Every time CubCrafters puts a new model on the line for future introduction they just turn of the cameras for a few weeks.

Many more experienced Newmar owners here to answer this question. I was told after chassis build up it takes around 5 days to complete coach assembly, then on to paint and inspection. I was lucky to pick up a May dealer's order just as it started chassis build up.

when the chassis leaves the chassis shop, it has the floor on, and everything under that....

when it comes to building 7, it takes 4 days to complete to the point that it goes to paint...

that is my understanding....
