Is anyone using either of these tow vehicle shield solutions? http://protectatow.tripod.com/
http://www.roadmasterinc.com/product...ect_store.html

I'm wondering if either of them will work on my 2005 Dutch Star without having a problem with melting (or other damage) due to the location of the exhaust pipe on the coach.

I use the roadmaster unit that stretches between the coach and the toad. I have used it for about 15k miles and no problem from my exhaust which I believe is like yours, at a 45 degree angle on the curb side. I have not had any dings on the toad so I'm a happy camper. Very easy to install and once installed it does not need to be removed as you can roll it up and use 4 provided straps to keep it in place.

Thanks Ronnie. Sounds like the roadmaster will work for me.

All the best.
