We have an '05 4320 that we bought new down in Texas because, mainly, we are full timers and you can't see into the bedroom from the front. The offset hallway makes the coach seem more like a home than a MH. We did remove the basin in the bedroom and had a four door closet installed. Gave us sooooo much more storage. Also removed the middle TV and turned the space into a curio cabinet with glass doors. Irv Kauffman (now retired) did the wood work and did a great job. Looks factory installed. I may add that if the washer/dryer option is in the coach, the combo unit won't work as the dryer vent run is too long from where it's located. This is per Splendide out West. We had to purchase separate units, but Splendide gave us a nice allowance because the wrong unit was used in our coach. Supposely the combo unit should not have more than 18 inches of vent. Other than that, the coach is great. We've been looking for a 45 footer but have not found anything that we like, short of a Newell. But we won't stop looking. Enjoy the coach.

Welcome Napstr to the Newmar forum and irv2.
If this is the model your looking at she is a beauty.
This link will show you how it was put together.
This link will give you any info on chassis for recalls. Do not see any for 2006.
Dutch Star is the leading seller in the Newmar line and your model is one of the most popular when searching through Google.
Good luck in your search. Enjoy the forums and others will have more info for you.

Thanks for the information. It was very helpful. In regards to extended Warranty's, are they worth it??

We were told by the company, ususally motorhomes have a one year warranty and three years for the chassis. Since it's 4 years old there is no warranty on the 9900 mile coach. They said they have very affordable and reasonable extended warranty's.

Any information would be appreciated! Thanks again for your help!

Its up to you if your not handy will the tools you may need it. The chassis items maybe a challenge but you will have to consider that also.
I have never owned a DP only 7 gas motor homes and have been involved with engine work and chassis modifications.
Have never had warranty policy just money in bank instead for insurance.
You need to read the fine print somethings really have to go wrong to collect. Tow insurance you may want to consider though.

We bought a 2008 Dutch Star 4320,late last summer. We bought it for many reasons, the main ones being the floorplan+ the manufacturer. So far we are very happy with the unit+ can hardly wait to get going with it this spring.
