QT's # 3 rearangements
You will see some changes to QT's # 3 because of having to many links in the # 3 post would not allow me to add all the mods by PDR John & DS Don so I will be moving threads up into the first post of QT's # 3, the HOOT's threads will be next when more room needed.
I have moved all new mod's that have been posted to their respected owners mod locations.
