Radio & Windshield Fans Not Working??

I started to play around with my radio today and I cannot get it come on. Neither will the two fans at the windshield. After I got in the house to type this I thought that maybe the key needed to be on. Will it? If not then what is wrong? I am thinking that maybe these two items are on the same fuse that my door awning is being it does not work either. Now to figure out what fuse it will be. These are on the West (HOT) side right now and it is way to hot to check.

On the electrical paperwork I found a F3 for Dash, a F9 for Defrost fans and a F13 for Radio and optional AGS. Any ideas??

It cooled off enough to check the above fuses. Two of them looks discolored, but the fuse still looks intact. I don't have this size in my toolbox to double check. I will get some tomorrow. I put the fuses back in their slots until I can get some to check.

Edit: I went in the motorhome and the radio was on. When I checked it before I had the generator running. Would the radio not work with the generator and work with the regular power.

I am getting confused !!!
