Just traded my 01 Kountry Star for an 08 Dutch Star and I have some questions. I have 5 radio antenna's on the roof. One is for the Sat radio, one is on the back over where the outside radio/tv is so I assume it is for that radio. Then there are three more at the front of the Rv. One for the CB, one for the dash radio, and the other is for?? Also, can anyone tell me where to find my CB antenna cable at the dash. I find the label under the removable cover that says the cable is located there, but I cannot find it.
Thanks, Jerry

The last one is probably a cell phone ant. I installed one on mine, though i didn't see much improvement. You will probably find the lead coiled up and just dropped in the area. the other owner probably never unwound it. A lot of people don't use CB's now a days. Though i would not be without mine.

I believe there is an employee or two at Newmar who delights in hiding the CB cable. That said, just look in and under the tangle of wires in that compartment......you will prevail.

If your surround sound system has an AM/FM receiver it will require a separate antenna. Sorry, I can't help with the CB Antenna.

My coach is new. It is one that got caught up in the downturn of the economy in 08. It doesn't look like a cell phone antenna and I do have the surround sound system. I have never turned it on yet or for that matter even looked at it but I bet that is what the antenna is for. As for the CB I have moved wires around and I just can't find it. I am going to try removing some of the dash panels to see if it is tucked behind one of them. Thanks for the help.
