Ramco - Great Service

For once I hope I can offer a solution instead of presenting a problem, On a recent road trip the plastic knob on my mirror selection switch broke.
I called Ramco Engineering, the maker of my mirrors, on the off-chance they would help me. I left a phone mail message explaining my problem. Within a short period of time Nicole Williams at Ramco returned my call and said she had a knob in her hand and that she would ship it to me. Fulling exspecting to pay through the nose for the knob I was pleasantly surprised when she said there would be no charge. She was a very pleasant lady to talk to. Two knobs arrived today, just three days after I spoke with her. I think that is great customer service and will praise Ramco to everyone I speak to. Just my two cents as some would say.
