Rear A/C Water Leak

2018 DSDP:
1/17/2019-Roof water leak through wood grill at rear (bedroom) a/c unit. It was not raining, but leak became apparent as the coach was driven. We could not get to a dealer from our location on the west coast, so we used sheet plastic and towels to limp through until our scheduled factory appointment in June.
6/24/2019-Newmar service “retorqued lags and sealed the lag heads”. No issues through several rain storms.
Today-The leak returns. No rain for several days. Newmar will not address the issue unless they are presented a diagnosis that clearly indicates that their workmanship is faulty.
Again, we are not near out selling dealer or the Service Center, and Newmar flatly denies any use of a mobile service.
Does anyone have a schematic of the a/c unit installation, or any thoughts on how I can address this?
I should mention that the units have not been used either for heating or cooling for months. I can only assume that roof ponding water is making it’s way in.
Thank you.

Roof Mounted A/C Units leaking:

Rain coming thru roof gasket
Evap Coil condensation drains/pumps not flowing....drip tray overflows
Overtightening of A/C Unit hold down bolts can crush roof gasket and warp RV Roof

No rain....not running the unit
Warped roof that has pooled water and flows in during travels!!!

Time for NEW roof gasket and inspection of roof line

Thanks, Old-Biscuit, and thank you for your service! The gasket is the place to start, but I’m unclear as to how to remove the unit to access the gasket. The Dometic manuals refer to removing bolts from the inside that screw up into the roof mounted unit, but Newmar keeps referring to “lag bolts”, which logically would unscrew from the top.
The bedroom ceiling under the ac is completely covered by a large black plastic panel, which looks like a pain to remove.
Removal of the top shroud revealed several areas (bolt heads?) where silicone had been liberally applied, but I didn’t want to scrape it off until I had a plan to repair. If electrical work, and ceiling panel removal is involved, I might stuff a rag into the ceiling panel and wait for better conditions.....

What is the BRAND/MODEL of that A/C Unit?

A/C Unit has to be electrically disconnected, hold down bolts removed and unit lifted up out of roof opening......THEN gasket can be replaced

Typically the inside ceiling grill has to be removed to access the hold down bolts.
Some do use bolts that are accessed under roof shroud.
Model dependent.
