Red Solar light not working

How can I tell if my single solar panel is working? The light on the dash used to flicker and now doesn't come on at all. Is there a fuse somwhere? and if not what do i need to do ?

Hi dav-cle,
The same thing happened to me. Take the thing the red light is attached to out of the dash and see what the output of the unit is. I found I was still getting my 5 WATTS even though the red light was burned out.
