I have finally removed my air mattress sleeper Villa sofa I'd LOVE to sell SOON (HINT>>>HINT!!) in preparation for a recliner. What can I expect when I try to remove the old seatbelt anchors? Can I just push them down below carpet level after removing the nut and plate on top?

Yes Larry I believe that will work. They are only a through bolt with a large heavy washer on the underside. With so many floor plans this would be the only sensible way to install them
