Replacement clearance lights for 2008 KSDP

I've got three clearance lights that need to be replaced.

Two amber ones up front and one red one in the center back.

They're all 2 L.E.D. fixtures.

I'd like to replace them myself (I'm sure I'd do a better longer-lasting job), but since they're up so high, I might let a service place do it for me. The rig is going in for a PDI (normally a "Pre Delivery Inspection" -- but in my case it's a "Post Delivery Inspection"), so maybe I'll just add that project to their list of things to do. The PDI takes a full 8 hr. day anyway.

But I'd like to know what the replacement lights are anyway.
