Replacement for Black Pearl Kitchen Faucet
2019 Dutch Star
That stupid spray head is SO cheap, that I really don't want to just replace it with another of the same.
Problem is...can't find that Black Pearl finish to save my life. Nor can I even identify who makes the darned thing!!
Any suggestions?

When we bought our rig, one of the first things I did was change out all our OEM plastic fixtures to top of the line Moen Brushed Nickel metal fixtures..
I know you probably don't have plastic fixtures, but maybe you could do something similar by changing out with a different color like Oil rubbed Rubbed Bronze. Pretty close to what you have.
Just offering a suggestion.
One that puzzles me is that I thought Newmar products was top of the line stuff. Hummmmm....
Maybe Dutch Star Don will have some insight here.

Yes, thank you for the suggestions. A change-out is certainly doable, but when you have ALL metal fixtures THROUGHOUT the coach in matching BLACK PEARL; knobs, pulls, faucets, towel bars, etc, I'm gonna have to be REAL careful with randomly deciding to change a color or style of the one kitchen faucet.
I'm definitely in touch with DSDon on this one.
And, as far as Newmar using the "best" materials. Don't get me/us started!

I
I think Marajo is puzzled because what he's trying to say is that "Newmar products are top of the line"....but they are Top of The Line Compared to other RV Lines and Mfg .....C

The spray head on ours never worked properly - very difficult to change from stream to spray and water volume in stream mode was poor. Newmar replaced the entire faucet which so far works fine. You may have just gotten a defective faucet.

Oh, interesting. With the same model? They sent us a new head, so maybe it’ll be ok.

Same model. I thought they would just send the head, but they sent the entire faucet and the dealer replaced the entire unit.

Good to know. I’ll just assume it has nothing to do with anything other than a very cheap spray head. Hopefully, the second run will be better.

Thanks, but probably should have mentioned that I’ve not only done all that, including a filter change. But eventually, I had to resort to a brute-force attack with a screwdriver to the internal mechanism to force it stay in one position. At least we then had “some” water flow! [emoji35]

We wanted a soap dispenser to match the Black Pearl Faucet. I contacted Newmar parts and they gave the phone number for their supplier. Annod Industries in Elkhart 574-970-4696, maybe they could help.

Thanks! Newmar sent us a new spray head for now. But, I’ll file that number just in case.

Black Pearl Kitchen Faucet
Did anyone ever find an answer to who manufactures the "Black Pearl" kitchen faucet used in Dutch Stars?
We have to replace our's (again!). First time was under warranty. Every faucet and knob inside uses this finish.
