Have a 2003 KS with two 13,500 a/c units. I have been told the front one needs to be replaced. It is a Duo-Therm Penguin unit. If I buy a new unit how hard is to to replace the old one? Can you just unbolt the old one and remove the wires and hook up the new and be ready to go.

Good advise Neil, the new unit if Duo-therm should be just a swap. May need a new seal gasket, Duo-Therm can help you out also.
