Replacing Headboard or fabric

The fabric on the headboard in the bedroom needs replacing. This is a 2000 DSDP, 40 ft.on a freightliner chassis. The headboard is on the rear wall. Can't seem to figure out how the headboard is fastened to the wall.

Has anyone replaced the full board or applied new fabric? Thanks for guidance.

I think mine had one on each side iirc in the pleats. There were also two screws with screw covers that popped off. I trashed my headboard and installed a wood panel style one.

Appreciate responses. Found the screws under pleats. Wonder if I would have found the screws on my own 40 years ago? Now I need to figure out how to put new fabric on or buy a new headboard.
