Replacing Headlights on a 1999 Dutch Star

Does anyone have an idea as to what the headlights on a 1999 Dutch Star convert to?

Mine are not in good shape and I cannot read the numbers on the current lights.

Your help would be greatly appreciated by me and all on-coming traffic.

They were an exact replacement and 1/4 the price of the ones listed on eBay.
