Reprogramming keypad to door lock

Can anyone tell me how to set the code on the keypad for the keyless lock on the entry door. I cannot find any info on this in the manuals. Yes the dealer went over it but I don't remember. Minor inconvenience but still trying to work thru things,

Assuming the same lock is still being used in 2019, I have attached the manual.

Note that instead of connecting wires, there is a pushbutton on the lower part of the steering column to use when programming.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the manual looks like it's pretty much still the same keypad. That should work.

Take note of above, you do NOT have to short out anything,,, Just use the hard to find push button on the bottom of the steering column.

Tiny black button that resembles a screw head in the dim light. A flashlight helps when looking for it. Don't ask how I know.

Should have known there was a utube video on the matter. There is always a video on everything it seems.
One more question, the authorization code from the factory is the same for everybody. So any one can change the access code to anyone else's lock with that simple procedure.
How is the authorization code reset or changed? Is that what the button on the steering column is for?

Thanks to everyone for the help. gotta love the forum!

Here's a link to a Tri-Mark document detaining how to change the "authority code.

https://www.trimarkcorp.com/en/media...Wire)_Rev2.pdf

The "authority code" allows you access to re-program the keypad. The "access code" simply allows you to access the coach using the keypad. It is a good idea to reprogram the factory default "authority code" to prevent unauthorized "access codes" to be programmed into the keypad.

A link to the Tri-Mark operation manual has already been provided in this thread and gives information on changing the "access code" or adding a new one.

Thanks for the link to change the "authority code".
The first step of the instructions is "ground the yellow wire"! Where is the yellow wire? Is that what the button does?
Sorry, I used to be sharp as a tack, but I guess I have been hammered too many times.

Yes, the button switch near the bottom of the steering column "grounds the yellow wire." From that point on, the instructions should work just fine.
