Right rear compartment door

I have a 2003 KSDP 3905. I dinged the right rear cargo compartment door at a gas station and I would like to replace it. It is the last door on the right rear of the coach. Anyone out there know anyone who might have these doors (other than Newmar) for sale. I got an estimate to repair and paint it and it was 2800.00 dollars. I thought that was a little high !!!!! anyone out there done this? I know I can remove and replace it myself and then get it spot painted to match the original colors. thanks for any help.

Try Vision salvage, www.visionautomart.com. I've had good luck there. Good luck.

I think that's actually
Visone RV, RV Salvage Parts, Motorhome Repairable Wrecks, Used RV Parts Monaco, Prevost, Allegro, Holiday Rambler, Alfa, RV Junk Yard - Dismantler | en.visonerv.com

Been there, done that. A used cargo hatch is usually about $600 plus about $125 shipping plus about $200 to have it painted. So ... about 1/3 of your quote and about 3 hours of your labor. That's assuming it's a solid color .... considerably more paint cost if graphics.

Thanks. I looked at their site and saw a door that might fit.

No graphics on my lower bays. Thanks for the help. I think they may actually have the one I need. I am still sick about dinging my bay door. That left turn swing out got me even with a ground guide....

BTW, I couldn't find an exact match. The dimensions were ok but the only available panel had a different top moulding (aluminum). Since my damaged panel had an OK moulding I took a chance and bought it. Drilled out the rivets. Cut about 1 1/2 inches off the panel with my circular saw and a metal cutting abrasive wheel, riveted on the the old moulding, and had it repainted. Measured VERY carefully !! The panel is a very thin sheet metal over styrofoam .... it's no wonder they bend if you look at them funny ...

Maybe so, but try the link. They probably changed their name or web address due to someone else having the name. If you call them, they pronounce VISONE like VISION. Nice folks BTW !!
