We have a 2014 Ventana 4036. Went on top to clean, while walking on area between the two ac's, I felt the fiberglass cap give slightly, maybe an inch, should I be concerned?

The fiberglass is not glued as far as I know to the plywood backing on roof so if it has a buckle from heat expansion it may flex to the plywood surface below.
If it stops and doesn't go beyond the natural surface of roof should be OK.
The roof rafters are 16" on center which will support most people that are heavy even a Brite Tex roof will flex between the 16" rafters.
