How far do you go into the sidewall? I have 100' of Eternabond that I'm going to use on my seams.

Since I'll be doing it solo, my plan was to thoroughly clean the seam area, and then every 2-3 feet, measure a certain distance from the seam and mark it with a pencil.

So, if I wanted 1" of Eternabond on the sidewall, I'd measure 3" from the seam and mark it. I'd continue doing this every 2-3 feet.

Then I would run 1 continuous strip of Eternabond the entire length of the seam, lining it up with my marks.

Using a 2" strip its going to show not much on either side of metal screw strip. You may not even notice the tape from the ground. Which Flossy wanted because of her painted wrap to side wall.
The tape once placed on painted wrap will really stick, if tried to remove, paint may come off with it.
You have a 09 coach just make sure the metal strip is tight to wrap and rubber roof material before applying tape. I have a 03 coach and my seams are tight and have not thought of applying tape yet.

Let me add, I always wipe any glue type area with a Alcohl damped rag! Dries fast and kills oily surfaces! Not just on the roof, but all areas to receive a stick em up deal! allegro5
