Sadly, one of our great members. BigBlock (Frank) passed away this past week. Frank was an avid RVer and a friend to many. I know I can speak for myself and all three of the Amigos, John, Paul and Chuck, who were all good friends of Frank, on how tragic this was. Our feelings go out to his family and wife, Liz.

Frank touched many people during his RV days throughout his travels. He will be greatly missed by us all and, I'm sure many more. God bless a great man.

Peter

Frank was a great guy. We're very glad we got to know him while we were at River Bend last winter, as well at some encounters at Camp Newmar.

Here's a newspaper link: Frank A. Freihofer

Joe, Thanks for posting the link and the appropriate comments. It seems life is shorter than we all think.

This is indeed sad news.

I got to know Frank a little bit after meeting him at Paul's last winter and spending some time with him at Camp Newmar this summer.

It is always with sadness that a member of the iRV2.com family has passed. The entire community expresses our condolences to the family of BigBlock.

I have taken the liberty of adding our friend's information to the iRV2.com MEMBER MEMORIAL section and will work with the family at an appropriate time to include more information and a photo of our friend.

Please click HERE to go directly to the memorial thread to post your expressions of friendship and love to his family.

For those above who have already posted, please take a minute and repost your condolences to the thread above for the family.
