Scooter carrier and still tow

Looking for a scooter carrier that I can put on the back of a 43 footer with tag axle. I want to carry 2 160# Hondas 50 cc and still have the strength to be able to tow a jeep wrangler with 4 down. Anyone have any ideas?

Lots of options. My personal favorite is the hydra-lift as I prefer the self contained hydraulic lift system and frame mount. Even though you'll carry less than 500 lbs, I do not think the tilt-a-rack solution made by atv solutions will work as it really can't be used to tow.



As opposed to the triple receiver mounts like these other options.

You will likely get pro/con religious posts about using these devices. I can only say that there are many many many of them in use.

Vacman, there is a dual (over/under) receiver available through Northern Tool that sell for $40-$50. The upper 2" tube receiver is for bike racks, scooter racks, etc with max 400 lbs. The lower 2" tube receiver allows for normal 4 down towing. I have one at home and will be there in about 10 days if you are interested. I used with a bike rack with 2 bikes, now tow 20' enclosed trailer with toad, bikes and other "stuff" inside, so dual receiver is now just leaning up against wall in motor home garage.
