I have a 06 Dutch Star withr Britetec roof. There are metal seams that run from the top down to the side where the fiberglass panels start. It looks like clear RTV was used by Newmar to seal the seams. Does anyone know what this sealant is. Mine are coming loose and I need to clean out the sealant and reapply new sealant.

I'm in the process of redoing all my seams because of 03's age.
That seam your talking about there are four and the front ones will suck in water if the sealant is poor.
Most of your 12V and 110 wiring travel through the wrap area's of your motor home.
I purchased Newmars Sikaflex-521UV for seams and Dicor white 502-LSW self leveling for roof vent seams, when I was at Newmar.
They have different colors.
If your a NKK member you get 10 % discount when ordering from their RV Parts store.
You need a small thin knife to clean out the seams than force the sealant under wrap for a good seal.
