I Second this. Just had service done at Stuart's yesterday, replacing a jack, some springs, a slideout valve, and as part of the service they adjusted my leveling sensor. Great guys, really know their stuff. Right off the turnpike in Elkhart and worth the drive if you need HWH work done. Give them a try before you give up on your levelers. http://www.rvleveling.com/

Well I got hold of Newmar today - great people. Gave them my coach id and they told me that the sensing unit is under the front axle. So, when my grandson got home had him crawl under the motorhome and we still did not find it. There has been a stabilizer bar put under the coach, could it have gotten moved then? We are headed to northern Indiana this weekend and I will try to find the guy at Elkhart. Thanks everybody. When I find it, I will post where it is at and maybe it will help someone else.

i know this is a dumb question, but do you know what it looks like?
it is a 3 1/2 inch round disc fastened with three screws
aluminum top with black bottom showing as you look up.
. from the bottom looking up, it is a black disc that looks like it has been undercoated. there will be a 1/4 inch round , black or gray wire coming out one side.
sorry, dont mean to question you, but it should be there. its just hard to see sometimes without a good flashlight.

I appreciate your description. I had a pretty good idea of what it looks like but any additional description helps. Just talked with Chuck at Stuarts and he gave me some more ideas of where to look. So far, I have found nothing underneath the coach that has a wire or cable running to it that goes to a sensing unit. Going out now to crawl back under and see what I can find.

FOUND THE SENSING UNIT!!! Rectangular box back by the muffler- between the rails. Don't know why after 3 people being under the coach multiple times but last time under saw it immediately. Only thing now is that it won't adjust - talked with Chuck at Stuarts and he thinks it is the sensing unit itself so tomorrow we are heading north to his shop. Thanks everybody for the help - this forum is GREAT!!!
