I think it is a standard part used on automobiles. Have you tried autozone or something like that. If not there try a Ford dealership. I think they screw in.

I think he is looking for the high side test port on the engine. You can't just go buy a port.

I think the port assembly is serviceable. I think you can uncsrew it from the port if it has a leak and replace it.

Maybe so, but he said "find the Engine Air condioner high side service port ", not A port.

If your just adding ref you want the LOW side, not the high. It will be on the large tube or hose. Small lines are the high side.

Pep Boys has the widest selection of A/C parts in our area.
If you have a threaded on port and need to replace the entire port, that will be very difficult to find and I'm sorry but I don't have a source, other than Pep Boys. If the port is welded to the line the Schrader valve is bad. These are usually fairly easy to find. The port has a Schrader valve similar to a tire valve. IT IS NOT THE SAME! Though usually a Schrader tire tool will usually extract the valve. BUT you will loose all the refrigerant. The A/C Schrader seal is made of a compound that is compatible with the refrigerant oil. Tire Schrader valves are not made with the special compound. If you have a tight system, except for the port leak, there is a tool that will replace the valve without removing all the refrigerant. The tool is a little pricey for a one time fix. I would suggest you call Automotive A/C shops to determine if they have the required tooling and let them replace the Schrader valve. This would be less expensive than buying the tool. If this tool is used by a competent A/C tech the procedure can be be done without loosing any refrigerant at all. There are two different tools. One for the R12 filled system and a different tool for the R134a filled systems. I have used them many times and these little tools work great.

Thank you. I have been servicing AC for a while. Just having a hard time finding a replacement high side part. Newmar must have used some thing special. Does not match anything that the auto parts and Ford has. Hopefully Newmar will post back soon.
Thank again.
