Servicing the Oasis Hydronic Heating System

My literature seems to instruct that we leave servicing the Oasis Hydronic
system to the "pros". Any do-it-yourselfer's tackle this annual service by purchasing the kit, which sells for about $127? And, how much of a job did
it turn out to be?

I have done it twice, and not a difficult task. Took me an hour the first time and about thirty minutes the second time.

Many thanks...and what a great video. I assume you buy the entire kit...
and I understand not all the parts are necessary to replace annually. Can
the parts be purchased separately...and from where? Freightliner carry?
I see the kit on the internet and the price appears to be fixed at $127.+
Appreciate the fine help!

After seeing the video, I plan to do it myself from now on. I have bought the kit and am keeping it in the compartment with the Oasis.

I carry a kit with me all the time. I called the factory direct and they were happy to send me out a kit which was lower than any on line source I could find. Watch video - turn everything off and you can do the install. Easier than it looks. mark

Actually picked up the kit when I was in Richmond, B.C. ( plant location )
Guys there were great ! Took me out in the shop and ran thru the install procedure on a unit they had on the bench.
Install was pretty easy. Less than an hour.

I had them do the annual service last winter and was shown step by step how to do it myself. It's pretty easy after seeing it done. And the folks in Vancouver (USA) are great to work with.

Thanks for the responses. Any QUOTES out there as to the best price found
for the kit? I mentioned earlier that the online price appears to be fixed at
$127.+ I get the impression the factory price is well worth getting it from
them directly. Correct? Larry
