Sewer Oder Smell in Storage Building

We store our 2008 Essex in a airtight insulated metal storage building at our residence. We have our own dump station in the building and I always dump and rise out waste tanks when returning from a trip. Fresh water tank is also emptied. Vent pipes for waste tanks are equipped with airflow jet attachments.

We are not noticing the sewer oder smell in the coach, but it is obvious in the building. The dump station is vented to the outside of the building and the dump inlet is capped shut. This is the first time to note this problem and I can not find the source of the problem. Any suggestions in what to look for and how to prevent it from happening again?

Any advise, please

Are you adding any water back into the storage tanks after dumping or storing with the tanks empty, by keeping a 1/4 to 1/3 tank of water you may find you won;t have the problem.

Also the only time I use chemical (Happy Campers) is when I store our 5'er for a time.

It's not always possible to get everything completely out of the tanks when you drain them.

Are the airflow units sealed when not in use so no oder can raise from vents from black tanks?

Thanks for advise, especially putting water in waste tanks while coach is in building. As per sealing vents, this is not as practical, since coach is normally in use about every 3-4 weeks. Nevertheless, all info is appreciated and I shall see if this works in solving our problem.
