Congratulations!

At what point can you get into Com.net I got my VIN from Midway RV on May 9, and the build started on May 11. I tried both build # and VIN and either worked.

Marc:

Have you set up a Comnet2 account? You need to do that first. Go to the Newmarcorp.com website and open the menu. Under the "Owners" tab go to "Parts and Support," then scroll down the page and go to "Order Parts." In the upper left corner of the page in the "Welcome Guest" box, us the "Click here" link to take you to the account registration page and set up your account.

With the VIN and Order #, you can also set up a Newgle account and I encourage you to do so. Lots of great info in Newgle. Use the "Newgle" link under the same "Owners" tab as above to set up that account.

And...yes...it would be nice if the two accounts were tied together, but I haven't found a way to do that.

Thanks, Neal. With 500 HP in a 40-footer, we decided to go all out and lighten things up. Look for us to make an appearance on next season's "Street Outlaws." And, for sure, we'll be wearing goggles.

How do you get the pictures? Do you request it from customer service or is their a dedicated email? My '19 Ventana will be going to production around the first of August (or very end of July) and I would love to get some build photos.

Thanks Jim for the login info. I guess it take a little while before the coach info can be found, When I put in the VIN or Build # it does not find any results.

tnedator. I asked our salesperson if he could get us some pictures. We got 6 nice to have pictures, but if you want more detail of where wires and plumbing are run I would not
count on that type. Here area few that we got.

We are T-minus 2 weeks.

What a difference a few days make!

Just got the last set of pics before the new coach heads off to the paint shop. We can't believe how quickly she has come together.

Work through your salesperson at the dealership. Ask him/her to make the arrangements with Newmar. The photos will be sent to the dealership (sales person) who will then forward them to you. Expect about three sets before the coach heads off for paint.

Thanks, Dave.

First off, think about your lifestyle and how you would like to use your coach, and then configure it to match. Go through the regular options available for the MADP and decide which ones you think you'd like...and, are willing to pay for. Look at photos of the London Aire, Essex and King Aire to see if there are stylistic things you really like. Many can be added as specials. Ask about anything you might possibly want and rely on Michelle's guidance on the pros and cons.

I think you will find that Michelle is great to work with. She knows her stuff and...we think...she has good design sense. Ask about adding "specials." If you have some specials you really want and get some initial resistance, don't be afraid to push a little; respectfully, of course. Michelle does have to work through Engineering on the specials and they can be a little resistant to change on occasion but if you tell her how much you want a certain special, she'll do her best to get it for you.

Think about the "little things" too, as well as the big things. Do you want hot water piped to the generator compartment? How about cold water as well? We did both. Do you want the floor tiles laid in a straight line, or herringbone pattern? Now's the time to make that decision. We didn't think about it until after-the-fact, but we like what we got (herringbone). There are many other similar decisions to be made. Make a list of questions to ask Michelle so that you don't miss something (you will anyway, but the list will help minimize them). Ask for her opinions on things, but do what you feel is best for you in the end.

Good luck with your order. Enjoy the process and anticipate the finished product.
