We have a 2006 Newmar Ventana. It has been back to the dealer twice because grey water is backing into the shower while traveling! Newmar says they have not had the problem. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

At the base of your shower their should be a grill to draw in heat , so piping will not freeze, open it , 2 screws, and take a look inside with flashlite. You should have a trap in there. Should stop water from coming back, the pipe to tank should be on high side of tank you wiil get water in tank when gray tank is full and if you leave a faucet on by mistake the shower will over flow.
Check your tank level indicator it maynot be adjusted correctly. Let us know what you find and we can go from there.
