I recently bought a 99 3884 Dutch star, no manuals. I have some small issues . One the side lights about about 10" in diameter dont work , checked all fuses and bulbs are these docking lights or what are they?
Two the air horns dont work think it might be the solenoid, and the roof spot light wont go 180 degrees, only travels about 140 degrees. I would imagine the spot light should travel 180 degrees. Thanks for any help

Those high mounted large lights are security lights and the switch is usually in the front overhead compartment by the passenger seat.

Razor, Ihave the same unit 99,3884, air horn on/off switch on the dash , turns air solinoid control over to the horn button. When the switch is on the horn button operates both the electric and air horns. Solinoid is mounted on the side of the air manifold drivers side under the hood, on a 1 1/2" metal tube. Roof spot light I'll test mine to see what degree of operation I get.

Razor: I have a full set of manuals for my 1999 Newar. It is the same as yours and I have most of the manuals for the chassis as well as the options. I have very few electronic versions, but if there is something you need, I can search through my "stack of paper" and see what I have. I love my Newmar and think it is a fantastic unit.

I want to thank everyone for their help and patience as I know some of the questions asked are very simple if you have been thru this before. I appreciate anything and everything I can get my hands on. I have a 78,000 mile Spartan Chassis with new ball joints and a Cummins in it. I have old 8.3C books dont know how much different the ISC is. If anyone would like to share any PDF'S it is greatly appreicated
I used to have a 1993 8.3 C Pace Arrow DP , just sold it to get the Dutch Star. I had to rebuild or replace seems like everything on and in it , without any manuals. I got a lot of help from the Diesel RV Owners forum on it , without out them I'd probably still be working on it, couldn't thank those fellows enough.
